Located in Bay Shore, Long Island, New York, Lumiere Ballet offers classes to Long Island’s Suffolk and Nassau communities and offers public performances on prestigious stages to a wide range of audiences.\u00a0<\/h4>

Classes are taught by Founders\/Artistic Directors\/Master Teachers, Venti Petrov and Svetlana Caton<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
SVETLANA CATON is a professional ballerina, teacher, choreographer, and costume designer. She trained under Lydia Pavlova of the Maryinsky Theater and has been offered scholarships to study ballet at the Paris Opera Ballet School and with the legendary Olga Preobrajenskaya.\u00a0<\/h5>
Her performance credits include Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Royal de Li\u00e8ge (Belgium), Fedicheva Ballet, and Madison Ballet.<\/h5>
She has taught and coached at Orlando Ballet, USDAN Center for the Performing Arts, Ohman School of Ballet, and Neubert Ballet at Carnegie Hall, with artistic affiliations including Eglevsky Ballet, Connecticut Ballet, and the Dokoudovsky Conservatory of Dance.<\/h5>
Svetlana also teaches French, Russian, and Latin, holding degrees from the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais de New York and Hunter College, with graduate studies in Theater and Film at Long Island University.<\/h5>
VENTI PETROV is an internationally acclaimed ballet dancer,\u00a0 choreographer and ballet master. Performed across Europe and in more than 25 states throughout the U.S. He worked with renowned artists such as Suzanne Farrell (New York City Ballet) and Alexander Vetrov (Bolshoi Ballet).\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/h5>
He presented his original works at the New York international Ballet Competition at Lincoln Center.<\/h5>
